These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Calori ("App") provided by Green8.tech LLC, located in Astana, Kazakhstan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. App Functionality
Calori is a calorie tracking application that allows users to log meals, calculate daily nutritional intake, and monitor their dietary goals.
3. User Data
- We collect and use minimal personal data such as email, gender, age, height, weight, and food images for the sole purpose of calculating calorie intake.
- We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services.
- Your data is stored securely and can be deleted upon request.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Calori is offered under a free trial period followed by a paid subscription.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including content, design, and code, belong to Green8.tech LLC.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App
- Impersonate others or provide false information
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that Calori is error-free, accurate, or will meet your health goals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green8.tech LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
