End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

1.1. Green8.tech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Calori mobile application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, running iOS or Android.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app to third parties;
• Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose;
• Upload or submit any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Age Restrictions

The application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the app or provide any personal information.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

4.2. You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us at: support@green8.tech.

5. Subscription, Trial Period, and Payments

5.2. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically begin, and your account will be charged through the App Store or Google Play.

5.3. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5.4. All billing and transactions are managed by Apple or Google, depending on your platform.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

6.1. All rights, title, and interest in the app and its content, including source code, design, and branding, are owned by Green8.tech LLC.

6.2. You retain ownership of any food photos or other content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Green8.tech LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for operating and improving the app.

7. Updates and Support

7.1. You are required to install updates to ensure proper functionality and security.

7.2. Technical support is provided via email: support@green8.tech.

8. Privacy

8.1. The app collects the following personal data: email, gender, age, height, weight, and food photos. This data is used exclusively for personalized calculations and functionality.

8.2. No third-party services (e.g., analytics or advertising) are used. You may request data deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details: https://green8.tech/privacy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kazakhstan.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. The app requires an internet connection and does not function offline.

10.2. The app does not integrate with third-party services or APIs.

10.3. Green8.tech LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by updating its version within the app or on the official website.
